True Legacy Care (TLC) has been developed by three long-term and dedicated professionals in the human services field.

We provide services with the same care and attention as we would for our own families.

We honour the rights of individuals receiving our services and support their right to make their own decisions.

We honour the rights of families to be involved in a way that continues the legacy they’ve already started for their loved ones.

True service in a caring way is our legacy to the families and individuals we serve.

Social Groups: This is a social group for individuals of all different ages to Interact, make friends, connect, and enjoy each other’s company. Activities include board games, puzzles, and interactive games. Here we will make new friends, converse, and enjoy each other’s company.

Note: Snacks, drinks, and all activities will be provided during the session.
